Pyongyang Jonghyang Building Materials Factory develops and produces by itself paints of different kinds widely used in various sectors of national economy and other high-quality building materials conducive to the building of a highly civilized socialist nation, out of which tens of them products have been awarded the Feb. 2 Prize.

The secret behind this achievement can be found in the surprising fact that all its employees are now enrolled in the study-while-working system or have finished the college course.

Having refurnished its own science and technology extension room, the factory solves all problems arising in their study, including teaching aids and reference books, in close contact with the college teaching staff.

In the course of solving the scientific and technological problems arising in the production oriented to local production of building materials of different kinds, many workers have become masters of creative ideas and inventions.
