Gardener for Talent Sprouts

Ri Yong Suk from Ponbu Kindergarten of Sinuiju City affiliated to Sinuiju Teachers Training College is a competent educator who she devoted her all to discovering and developing the sprouts of talent among children as intended by the Workers’ Party of Korea.

For the last few months alone, many of her kindergarteners have grown up as talented children, including those who won gold medals and diplomas at national sketching and calligraphy festivals, which is inconceivable apart from her devoted efforts.

She is so passionate that she actively applies all advantageous teaching methods to developing the children’s intellectual facilities and talents, including calligraphy, calculation on abacus, music hearing, foreign languages, rubic cube matching, robotics, etc.

She always rakes her brain how to cultivate the individuality of each child who is different from others in characteristics, preparedness and family background, in keeping with his/her mentality.

Just like a gardener who brings buds into beautiful flowers in full bloom, she is so devoted to developing the talents of children that their parents respect her, calling her “Our Teacher”.

All teachers of this kindergarten have turned out as one in the effort to implement the tasks set forth by the plenary meetings of the Party Central Committee, with firm determination to devote their conscientious efforts to education of rising generations just like Ri Yong Suk, who was honored to be put on the list of 10 top teachers of 2022.
