An Educator Trusted by Parents

Pae Hye Song from Yonggwang Primary School in Sariwon City, who was honored to be listed as one of the 10 top teachers of 2022, is an educator of high practical ability who always makes her classes the best in the city, in terms of academic achievements, with clean conscience and devotion as an educator.

She developed presentation and composition abilities among her students so that several of them won Literature Prize and many of them were admitted to Pyongyang Secondary School No.1 and other establishments of genius education.

She volunteered to take charge of the class, which was at the bottom of the worst achievements in the grade until several years ago and turned the whole class into honored students, as a result of which her class took the first place in academic contests for the last years.

Last year, she came first at the teachers’ ability examination and was highly appreciated as a teacher of universal knowledge who could give many-sided knowledge to students: her high teaching ability and qualification are unthinkable apart from her strenuous efforts.

She devotes her all to developing new teaching methods in conformity with the world development trend of education and the pedagogical demands, for example, she recently developed and generalized throughout the country the teaching method of improving students’ practical ability by applying image recognition technology, simulated experiment programme and games to “Nature” lesson in the 5^th year of primary school.

Last year alone, true to the Party’s intention to narrow down the gap between urban and rural areas in education, she sincerely helped rural school teachers and made a great contribution to raising their practical ability. In addition, she listed and generalized thousands of essential questions for 5 subjects, including mathematics, through deep study, thus helping improve the quality of teaching.

As the head of a department, she has given meticulous guidance to the newly appointed teachers in her department, ranging from making teaching plans, developing multimedia teaching aids, collection of teaching materials down to improving their narrative skill so that they took the first place at city and provincial teaching contest. Now all teachers in the department are the holders of the title of October 8 Model Teacher.

As she devotes her all to education of rising generations as a strong root and nutrient for it, all parents want to entrust their children to her.
