Warm Blessing

On the first Children’s Day after liberation of the country, President Kim Il Sung sent to all children throughout the country his message “To All Beloved Children Of New Korea”.

With a noble intention to prepare children, future of new Korea and treasure of the country, to be reliable pillars of future, President Kim Il Sung wrote with sincerity:

 

“All children of new Korea,

We are now very happy to meet the Children’s Day in a grandiose way for the first time after liberation.

…”

He continued that their parents were making strenuous efforts day and night to build a new nation in the liberated country, that children were treasure of the country and future of Korea belonged to them, and that as children of new Korea, they should study and work hard, play merrily and grow up sturdy to shoulder the future of the country.

His message, each letter of which reflected his fervent love for rising generations, was carried by the official Party newspaper.

This meaningful message of President Kim Il Sung was literally the blessing to children who would shoulder the future of new Korea, and a great declaration heralding the bright future of new Korea where the people had become its masters.
