PhD and Associate Prof. Ri Tong Gwan, a department head at the Faculty of Linguistics and Literature, Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, has devoted his heart and soul for over 30 years to education of the rising generations and scientific research, thus developing 5 new subjects, including the “Individual Stylistics”, authoring more than 20 textbooks and training many talented people into the pillars for the building of a prosperous and powerful nation, including Ko Song Min, a section chief at Phyongsong Teachers Training College, who was listed as one of the 10 top teachers for 2021.
He has implemented several research projects of high academic value, including the “Juche-oriented Theory on the Style of Writing”, and written over 50 scientific essays, thereby making positive contributions to educational and scientific development of the country.
Now, Ri Tong Gwan, with inexhaustible enthusiasm, continues to devote himself to training talents of high practical ability who will play important parts in the building of a prosperous and powerful country.
