Strong Roots and Nutrients

Looking around different places of the college, he said: The teachers training colleges have more important mission that the universities of education. How the teachers training colleges train their students determines the success or failure of education of children at kindergarten and primary school level.
Then, he continued: In the primary school days children learn fundamentals for their world outlook and intellectual ability, while in the secondary school days they acquire the essentials of world outlook and general basic knowledge of nature and society. Therefore, it is imperative to train capable teachers who will take charge of primary and secondary education.
After a while, he stressed again: Our Party attaches great importance to the teachers training colleges. I do hope that the kindergarten and school teachers trained by the teachers training colleges become strong roots and nutrients for education of the rising generations. A tree with its strong root can bear good fruit. Likewise, teachers should be strong roots for training excellent teachers.
His earnest teaching touched the heartstrings of the officials, implanting in their mind again the important mission of teachers to beautifully cultivate the country’s future.

It is a deep trust not merely in the teaching staff of Pyongyang Teachers Training College.
Indeed, his meaningful teaching implied his earnest request for all educators across the country to perform their responsibility and duty in cultivating future of the country.
