Change of a Street Name

When he was looking round the completed Wisong Scientists Residential District on October 13 that year, he explained to the officials why he had renamed the new street.
On several occasions, in front of the panoramic map of Wisong Scientists Residential District, at the polyclinics and Natural Energies Research Institute, he noted that Unjong Scientists District had not yet had all features as befitting a science city, and therefore, he had renamed Wisong Scientists Street “Wisong Scientists Residential District”.
Then, he said: There must be a depth to become a scientists’ street. We should build many modern dwelling houses along the road connection Pyongyang and Phyongsong to expand the residential areas in Unjong Scientists District. Only then, can we call it Wisong Scientists Street. Then, we will rename it Wisong Scientists Street.
The officials fully understood why he had changed the name of the street into Wisong Scientists Residential District.
