Efforts Directed to National Sports
There exist a lot of nations in the world, and each of them has its own national identity.
Active preservation and development of national traditions is one of the fundamental issues which determine the survival and development of a nation.
In socialist Korea the National Ox Prize SSrim Competition is held every year on the occasion of chusok (harvest full day).
This year Choe Tong Bom, graduate student from Sinuiju Cha Kwang Su University of Education took the first place at the National Ox Prize SSrim Competition.
His honor cannot be thinkable apart from the well-regulated educational system.
Choe Tong Bom was trained at Sandu Middle School in Ryongchon County, North Phyongan Province, and then at Sinuiju Cha Kwang Su University of Education, both of which have produced a lot of master wrestlers by incorporating diverse skills and techniques of Korean wrestling and training procedures in their curricula, true to the socialist educational policy of encouraging national sports.
It is the most advantageous socialist educational system that adds eternal luster to the excellent national traditions of the country.
