Having laid the solid organizational and ideological foundation for Party building already during the anti-Japanese war, President
We had to found the Party, the headquarters of revolution as soon as possible to rally the masses of working people behind the Party in order to frustrate the frantic moves of the reactionaries and build a powerful independent and sovereign state on this land.

Under his energetic leadership, thorough preparation was made for the inaugural conference of the Party in spite of the complicated post-liberation situation. At last, on October 5, Juche 34(1945, the preliminary meeting was convened.
Actually, the meeting did not proceeded smoothly.
The meeting discussed on the agenda of the inaugural conference to establish the Central Guidance Organ of the Party in new liberated Korea.
The anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters and a lot of the delegates from the provinces actively supported the agenda. But, a handful of factionalists talked nonsense, embellishing their dirty factionalist ambition with ultra-revolutionary words.

He said straight-fowardly that it was not an attitude of a revolutionary but a lip-service to insist on the unreasonable things at the moment when the urgent issue was pending.
By saying so, he drew the attention of the participants to discussion on the essential matter. Then, analyzing the prevailing situation, he eloquently explained why the Party genuinely for the people should be founded as soon as possible in new liberated Korea. And he solemnly declared that the Party founding was a task which brooked no further delay for the development of revolution and building of a democratic and independent sovereign state in the country.
