For a Student
A few months ago, a woman teacher of Faculty No. 2 of Phyongsong College of Medical Sciences visited Ri Chol, dean of the faculty.
She was a veteran educator, Hong Hye Yong, who had worked for 40 years at university.
She said that she had just heard that a boarding student wasn’t feeling well.
“I’m going to help the student study as before. Our teachers are the closest people to the students, aren’t we?”
The dean was overwhelmingly moved by the mind of the educator, and he fully supported her proposal.
Hong Hye Yong devoted her sincerity to the student, unhesitatingly walking long distances.
In particular, An Kwang Chon, a pensioner living in Lihua-dong, Hoesang District, Hamhung City, and employees of the factory that he had worked also devoted their sincerity.
After knowing about this, the student’ mother said that the socialist country in which let a child of ordinary farmers enter the university and many people devoted their all to the child was the best in the world.
Now the student is enriching knowledge with a determination to repay the grateful system.
