The researchers of Pyongyang Han Tok Su University of Light Industry strives to increase the variety of bean curd, one of the foodstuffs widely used in the diet of our people, and improve its quality.
In this course, they have solved sci-tech problems arising in producing bean curd in an industrial way, which is good for health and convenient for eating, and thus won the first place at the 37th National Festival of Science and Technology held in April Juche 113 (2024).
