Choe Yong Ae, headmistress of Toksong Primary School in Phyongsong City, affiliated to Phyongsong Teachers Training College, is a People’s Teacher and a Socialist Patriotic Meritorious Worker who has led the students to become the best students during their life by devoting her clear conscience and sincerity to education for over 50 years.
As if the roots were not visible in the bushes, the devotion and sincerity of teachers to the students were not shown.
