You see in the picture Ji Hyong Chol, who lost his one leg, and Ho Il Hyok, who had his spine fractured, both during military service.

Under the fraternal care and assistance of the teaching staff and students from the Koryo Medicine Faculty and the Medicine Faculty of Chongjin College of Medical Sciences, both of them won Kim Il Sung Scholarship and Student Scientific Pursuit Prize, and finished the college course summa cum laude, and now they have become the graduate students.

Graduate students who are honoured disabled soldiers!

This is a precious title which can be given only under the socialist system of DPR Korea which respects and gives prominence to honoured disabled soldiers.
